The first product I received did not work. The Lcd screen displaying the channel was unreadable. The exchange and return process was excellent. the second unit is working fine so far

flat one across the board. had to repeat my question 5x before he even attempted to understand, than after 30min of trying to get an answer that never came, he said he'd have to transfer me to sales. instead he puts me on hold for 15min before coming back and says that sales is to busy to take my call. and we begin this endless dance all over again. requested a supervisor, he said he'd have to put me on hold again to find one. so i ask you admit to not transferring me to sales as you said you would earlier, he confessed said he didn't. than put me on hold w/o asking. i hung up after 10min of waiting for this non-existent supervisor. and we still weren't able to find out what we had to do to book an overnight trip for my mom & step-dad to get out of province for the night.
