First time ordering from Newegg, their prices were about the same as my local supplier but they have much better selection and stock.
My issue is with their shipping, and it's a major deal breaker, I doubt I would ever buy from them again. My order took 7 days to arrive, I live in a major city and have never had anything take more than 3 days arrive. When it finally did arrive, one of the items(high end video card $300) was already opened and surprise surprise it did not work; I had to pay to ship this item back to them for a replacement which increased it's cost to more than anywhere else would have been. It took 1 day for them to receive it from me(exact same shipping method they used), 2 days to process the return, and now I have a tracking number with an estimated arrival date another week away. This is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed.

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective item. Our website states our shipping time frame and your order was on time, but having to wait 7 days only to have to send the item back and having to wait even more time is certainly disheartening.
