I got a Asus EEE PC 904HA order on this store and when I got on the store they were handing over a 900HA, went there with a huge snow storm for starting but this is totally externall to the store. Let us concentrate on the store per se, getting back to the issue luckily I realize on the store the box was for a 900HA and not a 904HA, when I asked them they mention the product ID was ok on the box, but on the site I was basically ordering the 904HA, apparently they put the descrition as a 904HA for a 900HA. They argue with me there was no difference between a 904HA and 900HA which shows not knowledge on their side. Secondly a product that is clearly written as 904HA on a pre-order and it have to come from somewhere else and pass through a lot of hands and no-one realizing the error is really hard to eat.

They argue 428 is the price for the 900HA where you can find 900HA even in stock here in Ottawa from prices below 400.

In summary I would not recommend anyone to buy from them, really bad service.

this is what I got on my email. Apparently they even made me wait while I was on the store and what I am guessing is this guy changed the product description on their website while he got me waiting for him to get that done (I am assuming this as when I got here at home it shows as a 900HA)

Basically bad experience with them and not knowledgeable of what they are selling.

They kept in touch with me through every step of the order and shipping process. What really impresses me is the S&H fees they charge- I paid $16 (UPS Expedited) for overnight delivery on a 26 pound NZXT Tempest case! The best shipping rate I have seen in quite a while... Will buy from again!

Love to shop at ShopRBC. Huge product selection, live online inventory system, honest prices and flat rate shipping.

All the big guys features with good customer service and a mom & pop shop feel. Had no problem calling them to add an item to an existing order.

They offered a great price for a Harmony One remote. I hadn't heard of the vendor before so I was a little nervous about ordering from them.

I'm so glad that I did because I received the product within two days via UPS! There were no surprises or disappointments. I would definitely buy from them again.

In my dealings with ShopRBC it has become clear to me that it is run by knowledgeable PC enthusiasts who not only understand what they sell but understand the value of a satisfied customer. All of the PC enthusiasts I know now use ShopRBC because they carry what they need at competitive pricing.

This order was for a full custom quiet PC from ShopRBC. They had everything I needed to build a real silent computing PC. They answered all of my e-mailed pre-sales questions and even priced matched a high-end component. After placing the order they replied almost instantly that one of the parts I ordered (graphics card) was out of stock and offered to replace it with a higher priced in-stock part at no extra cost... fine. When I received my PC it was very well put together, all the custom parts (quiet PSU, copper HSF, etc.) where well installed, with attention to details, like clean tied wires, silicon and rubber anti-vibration insulators everywhere. Everything was clean, solid and new and worked great. But I did notice that for one part, the DVD writer, the model number was not exactly the same I ordered. The one I had ordered did not have a matching color faceplate for my PC, the one they installed did. I sent them an inquiring e-mail, they immediately replied apoligizing and quickly exchanged the DVD unit with the correct model, including the matching color faceplate for free that I was too cheap to pay for in the first place. It's the best, most silent PC I've ever had, I love it.

If you want a new, hard to find part, try ShopRBC, and if it's not listed there, e-mail them or post in their forum, they might just get it/add it.

So I never give all high marks, but in this case, from selection to prices to after sales support I just can't find fault. I mean they are human, mistakes can happen, but they make made me feel like they'll do anything they can to make me happy.
