Poor customer service

I had purchased the MSI Eclipse plus and i7 Intel CPU online three weeks before Christmas as a present for my son. I started assembling the computer and discoered that the motherboard was faulty and caused a short to the CPU causing it to fail as well. After calling A-Power for help, they said that since I was past the 14 day in house warranty that I would have to contact MSI and Intel directly for RMA support. They wouldn't even help me with the RMA forms!
I will never shop at A-Power again. Next time I'll chose an online retailer that stands behind their products.

I have done business with A-power for over 10 years, and I have to say they are simply amazing people. I have never had an issue returning ANYTHING and I have had to return a few items. Service and delivery is completely competent, and their service technicians are always willing to help me when building a new machine. They burn in new machines they build for you, and because of this very rarely have I ever had a problem. Prices are decent as well! Be sure to check them out.
