Very very bad website. Avoid this place.

Comment:
Ordered parts on 2010-05-03. Shown in stock, shipping next business day. Today, 4 days later, had to fight to cancel my order which never shipped, the products were NOT in stock, and they never call back or email back. Very very bad service, frustrating.

Avoid at all cost!

Comment:
3.5 months later, and I still did not receive my second item. My attempts to get them to deliver or refund failed. They have not been responding to my calls, messages, and emails for over a month.

Terrible Customer Service, Slow to Issue Refund and Refused to reimburse shipping on

Comment:
I placed an order for a part and they shipped me the wrong part. It took them a week to respond to my emails and phone messages about the error, and they only did so once I threatened to contest the charge on my credit card. They then opened an RMA and had me ship the part back. It took them over two months to refund me (they could not ship me the correct part), and they are not refunding me for the cost of the returning shipping.

Terrible Customer Service and Possible Pricing Scams

Comment:
Purchased a Cisco router on a Friday morning for the advertised price with next business day shipping. They even offered me a receipt. Instead of receiving my order on Monday, I received an email requesting $50 because there was a pricing error. Their website's price was changed within minutes. I also noticed that funds were taken from my Visa for the original price + shipping and tax. I requested that they honour their original price and complained about how it should be on a truck already heading to my door. They refused and informed me that to them, next day shipping means that after your order has been processed, they will give it to a postal service for delivery the next day and that it may take up to 5 business days to actually get to you. They then refunded my money. Now I haven't been monitoring their site, but in preparation for filing a BBB complaint I went back exactly 1 week later and they have dropped the price back down to about what it originally was. BEWARE!!

When processing the order, they would respond to e-mails same day. I have a problem with a defective drive, they haven't responded in 3 days now.
