No information by the delivery agent that the mail has arrived nor any sticker on my door informing me that he came and could not get me. This is PUROLATOR. At least they should leave a sticker informing that they have visited my place.

PARTS REPRESENTATIVE - SERVICE PARTS

The only glitch in the whole order experience was the issue of using a company credit card. I use this card daily in purchasing parts for our service department, but because my name isn't on the card we ran into some problems. I am not the only person in our company who purchases products for the various departments, so our accounting people do not wish to have individual cards set up for each purchaser. They prefer our method of having 3 or 4 (I'm not even sure how many) cards assigned to the different departments.
Other than this, which is more of a minor annoyance than a problem, I was very pleased with the procedure and Anabella's
prompt and couteous assistance.

The product works well, even though I had to do some experimenting to tell the manufacturer (USA-SPEC) how it actually works. Both USA-SPEC and Crutchfield gave courteous and helpful (if not completely well-informed) telephone advice, and the buying transaction was as smooth as can be.

I've gone everywhere possible to purchase a replacement XM Satellite Radio Antenna, and the only places that had anything at all was for Sirius. The XM support "folks" gave me the website of an American company!! Not only was Crutchfield Canada CHEAPER than those guys, but NO DUTY/Customs!! Ships from Canada! My only dislike is the shipment took 1 day longer than what was posted as the "estimated delivery date". I'll definitely be back!

Canada Post didn't meet their own standards for shipping. I paid extra for Next AM delivery, but Canada Post didn't deliver until the morning of the second day of shipping. Since that happened to be Monday instead of Friday, I didn't get to install them on the weekend as I had intended.
The speakers themselves installed easily into my motorcycle fairing and sound great! However, they're not as loud as I was led to believe on Internet motorcycle forums.

Very good customer support but the Alpine blue tooth module was received with its box damaged. Fortunately, the item was in working order. My recommendation is to provide a higher box with more packaging on top and bottom.
