When the package arrived I assumed it was something else as there was no way it was the router I ordered in under 24 hrs! This is my second such experience here and I'd recommend them to everyone.

After going to hell and back with newegg.ca and losing over a week arguing to no end about their inane "holier-than-thou" verification paranoia, I stumbled upon bestdirect.ca. Put the order through for 4 complete systems. Their confirmation and verification system was quick, ingenious and efficient. A quick follow-on email let me know that the items had shipped the day after. Order tracking on their site was very helpful through every step and follow-through with bestdirect.ca staff was impeccable (none of that "I can't change the policy" BS). Congrats guys: you've gained faithful customer at you-now-know-whose expense. I'll be back and I'll make sure to send as much new business your way.

A dismal experience. I placed the order on the 25th on an in stock video card. The first alarm bell went off when they charged my credit card immediately. After three days I sent a message asking what was going on and why they had charged my credit card when shipping wasn't imminent. They replied within a few hours that the item would ship the next day and that I would receive a tracking number.
I waited another 5 days with no emails, no tracking number and certainly no item. I sent another message asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. Suddenly the peppy customer service went silent.
So I have no video card and I'm about to go through the hassle of having the bank do a chargeback. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. A few bucks is not worth it.

BestDirect's customer service is great; not only they have paitent representatives, they are also very understanding. Even though we had problems with my purchase, they are willing to help me. They understand my needs and are willing to provide a win win situation. In my opinion, BestDirect has the best service with the lowest price.

I've found them via a price bot and they had the best price, I compared the shiping rate with other site and it was lower too.
It's took only 2 business days to receive my package and I'm on the other end of the country.

I put in an online order with BestDirect at the price of $306 for a netbook. The order went through and everyting but a few days later they emailed me saying there was a price error and it should be $380. I was furious and called the manager. He agreed to sell me at cost $356 and threw in free next day ship. The price was a bit higher than original, but at the time i didnt feel like arguing. Anyway, the netbook is now here and im satisfied.

In the past I have used TigerDirect due to the fact they had the best prices. Out of 12 orders I only ever had 3 go through without problems from TigerDirect's end. I found BestDirect via shopbot on Google while shopping around for a new gaming computer. BestDirect not only beat nearly every TD price by 20% or more, but the entire transaction went smoothly. Shipping was lightning fast, the customer service I received was TOP notch and incredibly friendly. There was a tiny problem of it not shipping out the day it should but, when I called BD they had it shipped out later that day and it arrived to me in 36 hours (Vancouver to Calgary). Did I mention shipping was free? I got the computer put together and everything worked perfectly, nothing was DOA. Honestly, I will never deal with TD again. BestDirect is my new favorite online computer store!
