I just received my new keyboard from NCIX and my 16G usb flash and I got to say I'm really happy with my first purchase from NCIX! The items were at a great price and the shipping options are great and offer you safety over the shipping. I received constants updates from NCIX concerning my order so I never had to pick up the phone to ask anything! I got my package two days after I place the order. Everything happened as it was promised. I'm just going to use the phone to thank them for the great service.
I got to highlight how satisfy I am with NCIX for other companies (Canada Computers (cough)) have totally failed me with simple orders giving undesirable problems like products in that don't work so I had to hunt down C.S by phone and emails just to get a number to return what I just received! As a result, I had to pay shipping fees, wasted time and suffered distress just to get my money back. So I got to say again NCIX were great and I would ABSOLUTELY buy from them again.

I bought a Scorpio Black 500GB bare hard drive and a 2.5" Acomdata 240 hard drive enclosure a few weeks ago. Came around $100 and something cents without tax and was also on the free shipping promo for over $100 (how lucky was that.)

Bought it on Sat, received it a week later Monday. Everything ran smoothly, and it was properly shipped. I would recommend buying from NCIX.

I ordered an item online for shipping Mar. 11. Had to call Mar. 22 to finally find out that it's backordered. I requested the status through their website, but didn't get any response for over 2 days. I ordered the same item for pickup which I got right away. The order number is earlier than the one I picked-up.

I've been shopping at NCIX for 5 years or more. They are a godsend to me for computer parts and I always try to buy everything I can from them. Their prices are already very low and I can save another substantial amount with price match (only online retailer I've found that offers this wonderful service). I also save the PST and for the "cost" of clicking on their flyer every week and writing a few reviews they give me free return shipping on RMAs.
Oh and they'll even build a computer for me for the a measly $50.

The few times I've had a problem their customer service has been reasonably quick and ver courteous. I have noticed sometimes they get backed up in shipping and my order gets delayed but that's understandable with such a big store and not a big deal to me since I rarely am in a position where I need an order right away.

For what I use them for NCIX just totally rocks and they have earned an extremely loyal customer in me!

Amazing service, with fast shipping. I ordered a tx750 power supply and at the time the MIR was $10; a day later it was $20. so I sent an email, and got an email a few hours after, so i sent my invoice, went to school, and by lunch my problem was fixed! And the psu should be here, well today for very low prices I couldn't find anywhere else.

I bought my first custom gaming PC from these guys back in high school (8 years ago). At that time, there weren't a lot of quality online PC retailers. Being in Toronto, the two choices for me was to either buy locally at Canada Computers or online at NCIX. Prices wise, they were about neck to neck. But NCIX had an advantage of a full featured online shopping experience with the ability to customize your own PC, not to mention price matching and avoiding the PST =p.

It's amazing not too much have changed since then, Canada Computers still haven't implemented an online shopping system, while NCIX's website is still pretty much the same but with some newly added features (product ratings, discussion forums, youtube video guides) which I really like.

To keep it short, I will say that NCIX.com is one of the best online retailers out there. The prices are great, the selection is vast, the service is decent and the website has a sense of community not found in other retailers. It is likely that you will run into a bad experience in rare occasions, but overall they are consistently good.

I have placed many orders at NCIX in the past year and all of them have been either very pleasing or couldn't have been better.

With its Price matching feature which makes it easy to get the best prices on any item you want to order. I have never been denied PM and have used it for every single of my orders for 1 or many items.

Their shipping options is what I can speak the least of. I know many people complain about UPS, but up until my last order, I always chose free shipping one way or another. UPS always delivered the packages in a timely manner without any damages to the boxes. Combined to NCIX's great packaging, I was extremly pleased.
On my last order, I ask for express shipping and I got my order shipping across the country within less than 48 hours at my door.

There is a great community and literally awesome customer support available on the forums. I am always amazed when I see mods answering and solving problems on their forums. And that is the norm. I'd say more than 95% of the problems a user talks about on the forum is solved within a matter of hours if not minutes (provided it is decent hours). That happens even during off hours, because somehow their staff is still there.

The biggest drawback is their website and I mean, its much better than some of the other websites. I just wished their products had a clear description as well as pictures. I know most of them do, but its not the case for all of them.

Still, I have ordered many times from NCIX, recommended it many times and will continue to do so. I am just so impressed by their customer service, that is actually the reason I do all my business there, because I find that you only know how good a store when you see how they deal with troubles. If you think I am exagerating, go have a look on their forums and check out the threads there, you will see.

I ordered 2 Visiontek video cards that was an extreme deal of the day. Yes it was a great deal but when I opened the first one had a transistor broken off the board, the second one the heat sink fan never worked. These products were advertised as "new" not refurbished, but clearly looking at the packaging they were refurbished products. Not sure if Visiontek is to blame, but I am sure that NCIX received a lot of these units back and shouldn't sell products like this for the sake of their reputation. Needless to say I went back the next day to get a full refund without issues.
