I entered the wrong shipping address and resulted in the package being returned to Well. Their representative is easily accessible on their Live Chat. They agree to ship a new package even they couldn't locate the returned package as I needed the goods as a gift urgently

I ordered on Aug 19 @ 10PM and the shipment came on Aug 22. I thought it was actually quite fast judging from the quoted expected arrival time (1-3 business day + processing time).
I received free shipping and plus I found a 20% off code 'LOULOU'.
Love this site now! I can find so many products here that are either discontinued or not carried at pharmacies in Toronto (ie. Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharma Plus, etc).

I was really pleased by the selection at well.ca and the order was very thoughtfully packaged. Unfortunately, the shipping was a little slow--the website states 1-2 days for delivery to the GTA. I ordered on Thursday and it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday.
