Great Product, Great Service

I ordered a robe for my Mom for Christmas with her name embroidered on it. When she put it on, it looked like it had been custom designed especially for her! I was so pleased with the quality and the service, I would definitely shop there again. I did have a little trouble with the website and it took me a number of days before things were up and running so that I could complete my order, but once it was, everything went smoothly.

ANYTHING you buy there is of the absolute best quality. Their clearance stuff is sometimes dirt cheap and you even get to return stuff that was the wrong size at ANY Lands' End section inside a Cnd Sears store!

I've ordered several times now, and I'm going to keep going back for more. Clothing is well-made. while the regular retail prices might seem--well--retail--we shop the sales and find the prices quite reasonable. As well, clothing is well-made & well-designed. Fabrics a quite good. Today I had a question on a subsequent order; I called customer service and a PERSON answered the phone! TWO RINGS! AMAZING! Delivery is usually within a week via regular Canada Post. (Now if only I could get Canada Post to RING THE BELL instead of leaving the tag and running away! sigh...)

Most have been gifts for my Mom or Aunt, a few for my Dad, brother and myself. Also returned some, and never any problem one way or the other. Custumer service has always been quick and easy whenever I've used them. Would easily recommend this company.
That being said, this being RFD, rarely will you find cheaply priced items with this retailer. I certainly don't believe I've overpaid for anything, but I've also never gotten Hot Deal from them either.
Still, thumbs up!
