I ordered a pair of headphones with a built-in microphone that was listed only on their US site. The person that dealt with me on the phone said they'd ship to me in Canada even though the item was not officially for sale here yet. I received the item about 5 days later.

I ordered the wireless mighty mouse, a mini-DVI-to-DVI adapter and a DVI-to-HDMI cable. Received the products within 3 business days (the free shipping option is good!) and everything arrived in perfect condition. Basically, everything went smooth.

Mac mini refurbished

Bought a Mac mini refurbished from Apple.ca. Saved 110$ + taxes compared to new. Ordered Friday AM, shipped out Saturday from California and showed up in Montreal Tuesday AM.
Mac exactly as expected, fast shipping and no problems with customs. In all, great experience.

I've always been satisifed with the level of service from the Apple Store. I've ordered two iPods from them in the past and each time the item was shipped promptly and arrived in optimal condition with no hassles. My most recent order was placed on the 16th of December and the iPod Classic (80GB) I ordered appeared to be shipped from China. It arrived a few days later (I used the fastest FedEX Express method) just in time for Christmas.
I've also had an iPod fail on me in the past and the Apple Store staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I returned it to them and they paid shipping both ways for returning a refurbished iPod to me.

Ordered a 15" Macbook Pro, said it was going to ship within a certain number of days on the website (I forgot exactly how many, I believe it was 2-4 days) Email notification said something much longer however. I called apple and they upgraded my shipping, but it still took much longer than expected, taking just over two weeks to arrive. I'll find out how their after sales support is later today.

Excellent, solid products. Good website experience. Good prices at the Refurb store but the stock are often the same. Shipping is included, which I liked. Apple prices are ok if you compare with other computer manufacturers but there's no surprise sales or price reduction like at Dell.ca. Monitor prices are a joke...

Always Super Fast

The Canadian online Apple Store is always super fast. They quote 5-7 business days for the standard fee delivery but from my experience, it usually comes within a few days if the item is in stock.
Of course everything else about the store is top quality and easy to order.

Great deals in the refurbished section

I got my refurbished Black 30gig Ipod video for 229 bucks on sale here, which saved me about 60-80 bucks from new. Apple does an awesome job refurbishing them, you cant tell them from brand new and shipping was AMAZINGLY fast. I ordered it at noon on a monday and it was in my hands wednesday morning (coming from california to ontario)

What else can I say - Apple makes a superb product - and their online store is quite nicely implemented as well. Unlike other reviewers, Apple has always shipped my orders very quickly (even on weekends) via an excellent, reliable carrier (usually Fedex) and I live in a very small community!
Apple also provides great post-sales customer service - always resolving my issues quickly.

Lies!

I ordered 4x$20 iTunes gift cards on Dec 12. I get the order confirmation and ship confirmation. Ship conf says it was shipped on the 13th, via 2-day Purolator. Doesn't show up on the 18th...call Purolator and they say it's a valid ship#, but it hasn't been scanned in.
Called Apple, and the very nice lady on the phone says the order didn't actually ship 'till the 15th, and is scheduled to arrive on the 18th. She offers to cancel the order, but I say I'll give it a couple more days.
I called Apple again on the 20th, and the not-so-nice lady says it takes 10-14 business days to ship the iTunes cards via regular post. I asked about the 2-day Purolator notification, and all she can say is it's wrong.
So, I'm being lied to by either the web order system and the nice lady on the phone, or the not-so-nice lady on the phone. Either way, I don't have my gift cards and it's getting a little too close to XMas for my liking!

First Apple Online Experience

My order was processed within an hour and even though I chose regular shipping, I received the item less than 48 hours later. Shipped via Purolator. I also agree with a previous comment that one downside to shopping online is that the full cost is not provided until after the order is made, but the shipping price is provided, so the final cost is easy to estimate (just add tax).

Great company, great products...No big deal compared to other Apple retailer for the standard items but...
1. Ipod engraving free
2. Nice 80$ credit when returning old vid card on a vid card purchase
3. Some nice deals in the recertified section
4. Free shipping on orders over 75$
I've ordered a recertified 5Gen 30GB iPod video for 90$ less (+taxes on this 90$...) than the "brand new" model. Come in a brown box but how cares?!
I'm very happy with it! Looks and works like new. For this price, you can't be wrong.
Browsing on the site is a little pain though, but it's not a major issue.
I can't very say about the support, I didn't need it yet (I cross my finger...)
The delivery is fast too.

Although I love the mac mini I bought from the apple refurbished store (online), I have two complaints:
1) You only find out the total amount once your order has been processed via email. When you complete your order on the website taxes are not included.
2) Shipping on the Mac Mini took OVER three weeks! It took them 2 weeks to ship the product, and another week and a half for it to arrive ! They shipped it via a small freight truck company and not a regular courier like FedEx/UPS/USPS/CanPost.
