On Sept. 8, 2009 I ordered a Logitech mouse from Amazon (mainly based on the positive reviews the store has here on RFD), was told it was in stock and delivery would be within 7 days (to Nova Scotia). After a month had gone by I received the following email:
{We're still trying to obtain the following item[s] you ordered on September 08 2009 (Order #*******************):
"Logitech VX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks"

I still wanted it, and told them I did. 3 days later I get email #2:
{We're sorry to report we won't be able to obtain the following item from your order:
"Logitech VX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks"
We realize this is disappointing news to receive, and we apologize for any inconvenience we've caused you. We've canceled this item from your order.}
Why indicate that it was in stock, ready to be shipped, then turn around a month later and say they can't obtain one? Got an automated apology for my inconvenience, nothing more....won't shop here again...
