While shipping, price was fast, & product was cheaper, I have a bone to pick on both the pictured item & it's specs. Shows & states 4X DDR2 slots when it's actually only 2, & shows & states 6X Sata connections when in fact it's actually 4??? Where did they get the picture & the specs from? Better research the manufacturer's website before buying, or you may get a nasty surprise. In this case it doesn't matter, but would be crappy if say, it was the wrong DDR spec or if I planned to put 4 ram sticks in. Also these differences certainly make it less of a bargain.

I'm always impressed that I can reach a customer service person -- in person -- when I have a question. But it always seems to be the case at PEOnline. And if something is showing as out of stock on the site, customer service has always offered to double-check availability and get it up on the site right away if they can.

the below this probably was lying because there is no way they are a cheating company. i bought a couple products from them and they didnt scam me. there customer service was awesome and they had good deals on most of their products. They did not respected the order because they found at their prices were too low so they canceled my order themself and did not executed the contract. I ordered 30 burners @around 23.92 and they raise it to almost 27 after they saw my order.
What a cheating company.
