Offers hassle free return/ exchange if items don't fit. Great option for those who are too shy to pick up intimate items in store. Had free shipping and was able to use club card to receive discount. Shipping was fast as well.

It was my first time ever to purchase intimates online. The experience was great! I would definitely tell my friends to go and try! The prices were great! They had a large variety of stuff to pick from!
After my oder was put through, they even sent out notifications for me to keep track of what the status was on my order.
What really blew me away was the time it took them to deliver my order. It didn't take weeks at all! It took about 2 days and there it was! Everything was packaged in a very discrete manner.
Overall, I was very pleased with the professonalism in which everything was done. They really took good care of me! I would absolutely go back and shop at LaSenza.com again!

I've ordered from LaSenza.com several times and have always had a good experience. They have a great selection online. Shipping is free if you spend a certain amount, and delivery is always fast. Plus, you can often find codes online to get 15% off your purchase! Since certain items, like underwear, are non-returnable, be sure you're confident in what size to order.

cheap bras!

when la senza has their bras on special, use the 15% off coupon and the prestige discount and you will pay <$15 for a good bra. plus you can bring your invoice into the store to get stamps for your bra club card. had to return/exchange a few items and I had no problems going to the store for that.

Thanks to Red Flag Deals I found out about the LaSenza Spirit Wear Workout clothing. I ended up saving over 50% on everything plus received free 4 day shipping. We have very few places to purchase activewear in Prince George so I was totally excited to get my cool, comfortable and stylish new activewear. Scary, but I still had items from when I used to work out...about 10 years ago and felt like a total frump-a-dump...Now with my new gear I am ready to take on all the treadmills and power classes with vigor and style! I have ordered many items for my wife and the sizes are always right and the quality of the stuff I have ordered is always good - never had return anything either. Shipping is fast and reasonable. If you like buying bras and panties for your significant other but feel awkward doing it in person at the b&m store this is the perfect site :) I think the selection online is better than in store anyhow. Win.

Overall a good website retailer. The website is easy to operate and I always get my orders delivered in a timely manner.
However I did run in a few problems before. There was once when I recieved a product with a hole in it. I wasn't pleased at all. Another time they run out of products that I ordered and I didn't find out until I recieved the order in the mail. I was a little diappointed at the fact that they didn't give me am earlier notice (I could've picked up something in the store while I was there earlier in the week) and they ended up taking off the free shipping promo.
Otherwise all my other experiences with lasenza.com have been good.

Have ordered online for Xmas gifts, and for own family. Usually can find good stuff in clearance.
Am always amazed at the speed of the order, usually in 48h from online order, to delivery at door for GTA. Once you know their clothing cut and sizing from the bricks and mortar store, the online presence is very reliable to navigate.
They also did allow exchange at Xmas at a brick and mortar store from an e-order, when asked very politely for manager's discretion.
