Look for 20% off codes prior to purchasing.
FAST shipping (which is often free), great payment options.
The products themselves are hit and miss, after a few orders, some of the items definitely did not look like the beautiful online pics.
Really good prices.

Blue Topaz & Diamond 14k White Gold Ring

The photo online was not reflective of what the real item was. The site's only photo of this ring was angled in a way where we could not tell the ring's gem was protruding out of the band. I was under the impression that it was an embedded gem until I received the ring. It was a little disappointing.

Same here. Ordered it on Monday with standard shipping, got upgraded to FedEx. Received it Wednesday evening. Also with the velvet case which itself was in a sturdy white box with a blue ribbon. I ordered three items and each of the items came in its individual blue velvet case. And all this was packed solidly into a cardbox for shipping. No shifting around. Very happy and would order from them again.

fast shipping, nice presentation

ordered two items on february 10th, and although i noticed that the cutoff deadline (guaranteed delivery for valentines day) for canada was a week ago, it still arrived on time (valentine's day afternoon). noticed that many forum members said that they shipped it via canadapost, but ice shipped mine FedEx overnight priority, so that it would arrive in time. never thought an online merchant would go through so much trouble to make sure things got here =]
just a minor gripe that one of the items definitely looked smaller than the one on the website, but most retailers post up glorified pictures anyway. not really a major concern imo... quality seems great at first glance, and presentation is quite good (they had the standard blue jewelery box (velvet covered ones) inside a thick high quality white cardboard box with a blue ribbon tied across the top.
i'll definitely be ordering from them again, come christmas :)

I ordered a wedding band for myself, and found the same band that I had been looking at in several stores for almost 50% the price. It came 2 days after I ordered it (they upgraded my shipping from the free shipping to fedex next day). I am quite pleased, although I wish they would charge in CAD since they ship from montreal.
