UPS is a Nightmare

I have always loved what we purchase from costco.ca but I have now decided not to purchase any longer because of UPS. 50% of our purchase deliveries are not correct. They can't handle address changes. Sometimes they leave the package on the front step and sometimes they don't. They continually expect you to go out of your way, to accommodate their continual errors. Order from costco.ca and find out for yourself. Not sure how UPS survives.

I love to shop @ Costco, great prices and super fast delivery

I've been a member for 5 years and love to shop for their online specials. They have great prices, most of the time delivery is included and products are usually faster than what they state in their product pages, at least for downtown Toronto. I've purchased at least 10 times from them and never had a complain. And their return policy is unbeatable. No question asked, except to know if the product was damaged.

I ordered my couch from costco.ca and the delivery was way before the quoted timeframe but they called to set up an appointment. Friendly service, efficient website, good prices, great quality . . . and no, I don't work for Costco even though I wrote such a great review

Dell online computer order

I ordered a Dell XPS M1730 from costco.ca on May 30, 2008. There was an automatic coupon applied at the checkout which made it cheaper than ordering right from Dell.ca.
Order was to ship in the next 2 weeks from Dell. I received an e-mail that it shipped about a week later but the track shipment link would not work. I called the 1-800 number and they updated me with the info. I received the laptop under the 2 weeks they stated it would take just to ship it out. Good customer service.

I've been a costco member for about 8years now and I've always been satisfied shopping here. The price for their items are a big savings for me and my family as we like to buy in bulks save alot more compared outside. I find myself shopping with confidence always and with peace of mind. Return policy is amazing. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Order an item on a Tuesday...although it says it takes 7-10 business days for delivery, but I received it on the Friday! Costco.ca sell their items for a slightly higher price compare to the store, but with no tax and free shipping, it can't be beat! They also have the best return policy which is widely known among RFDers. Downside...their products selection on the website is quite limited..but they do carry some unique items that are not available in store. It's great if you need something and are too lazy to go out to buy and carry it!

Costco - Key Fitness

Ordered an Envision treadmill when they had the 500.00 rebate out. Box delivered was destroyed so we attempted to call customer service for direction but they were past their support hours, sowe didn't accept the delivery. We contacted them the next day and they gave instructions on how to proceed. They honored the rebate on the reorder and the whole process of getting another one ordered was painless other then the delay. The new one was deleiver 2 weeks later and seemed to be in good shape so we accpeted, got it downstairs and assembled it and found that the back panel had been screwed in too tight and had cracked the back cover. Got on the phone to Keys Fitness (provide the treadmills) and again, not a problem, gave them the part number and description and the part is on its way. Both Costco and Keys Fitness are top notch for customer service.

Although they have great prices since you have to purchase in multiples it's best for families or sharing purchases. Not sure if the regular membership prices are worth it but it's a good deal when they have the GC sign-up bonus.
